Parcel Post – 1-5 working days (Western Australia) 5 - 7 days – Eastern States
Express Post/Courier Service – 1- 3 working days
International Orders: All international orders are shipped using Airmail. Please allow 5 – 30 working days for delivery. *Please note that nail polish and perfumes are considered flammable and cannot be shipped by airmail.
How much is shipping?
Australia: $10.00 flat rate shipping for all orders under $99.

We ship to all locations within Australia and to the following countries:
New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, China.
Customer service is very important to us - it is our responsibility to you, to make sure your order is correct.
You also have a responsibility when ordering, to carefully choose what you want so there is less likelihood for a product to be returned, unless of course:
· It is significantly different from the sample or description
· If it is out of date
· If the product is damaged or broken.
· Returns must be within 21 days of the date of your order.
· Free samples will not be exchanged.
· For exchanges or change of mind, you will have to bear the new costs of postage/shipping.
· The product MUST be UNOPENED and UNUSED to receive a replacement or refund.
To complete a return, please follow these steps:
1. Select "Returns" from the bottom of the website. Complete the form and submit.
2. We will email you back with an Authorisation Return Form.
3. Return the product with the Form we provide you (carefully packaged, in the same condition as you received it) in a re-saleable condition (unopened and unused). Please pack them securely to ensure that they arrive undamaged, to:

Packages not returned within 21 days or without a return authorisation number will be refused.
MODIFY AN ORDER
If you make a mistake and need to modify or cancel an order, please call a Customer Service Representative on 0421 014 481 straight away to make changes. Once your order has left the warehouse for shipping, no further changes can be made.
